2 Photos of moments in life

This photo is from 2009, when I was about 5 years old. My dad took it at my maternal great-grandmother's house. She was an English teacher and even became a school principal. My great-grandmother had a huge house with a corridor that led to an inner garden full of plume flowers, which stand out in the background of the photo with their lavender color.

My father took the picture to draw me later; he draws exceptionally well and has an incredible talent. I don’t have a photograph of the drawing, but I can describe it: it’s done in gray tones, drawn freehand with graphite, capturing every detail of me and the background.

Currently, my great-grandmother's house belongs to another family, but I still pass by it often since my grandmother’s house is connected to it through a door.

Here I am with my high school friend in Papudo. We went there for our fourth year trip in December 2022, at that time, I had already turned 18. It was the first time I traveled without my parents, just my companions and me. We stayed in cabins that had everything we needed (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom) for about five days. One night we decided to explore the area. The plan was to visit a local fair to buy some souvenirs or something while the rest of the class was in a pub (we don't drink alcohol, so we skipped it).

I asked permission to go out with my friends: Pía, Alonso, Bastián and his girlfriend. We walked to the beach, which was only a five-minute walk away, and began strolling along the boardwalk. We came across the giant "PAPUDO" sign and took the opportunity to take some photos. On the way back, Alonso treated me to an Oreo milkshake and gave me a white rose; It was such a sweet gesture. I truly think that vacation was one of the best I've ever had.
